Propose or support legislation that requires two forms of identification (certified birth certificate, driver's license, passport, credit card, ...) to ensure positive identification.  This would be required for voter registration and/or at the voting booth.  We have no problem doing this at the grocery store - why should we not do it when performing one of our most-important responsibilities and duties?
